They were on time which is important to me. They explained what the issue was and luckily it wasn’t anything major. I appreciate that they didn’t make it seem like it was a bigger issue than it really was. Another plumber wanted to over charge me for something that wasn’t even wrong. Austin was fabulous and came the next day after I called!! He and his team blasted my line, removing a sewer blockage and saving me thousands in pipe replacement. He could have told me I needed to spend more but he actually was fair and reasonable in order to earn referrals and future business! Now I’m spreading the word everywhere, I love these guys!

I had been without water for 2 days, i tried calling several companies and no one answered. I took a breath and called crossroads. Omg they answered and were out here next day first thing. Explained what the issue could be, how much it might be and gave me best and worse case scenario. Best case scenario it is 🙂 got it fixed in what seemed like minutes. Next thing i know I have running water. So happy. I would so recommended this company fir any and all plumbing needs. Very professional and were very nice at explaining everything beforehand. I had 2 bathtubs that were draining slowly. They sent Antonio who arrived within 2 hours of the call. He completed the service within a hour and also gave me a discount. Made sure that I had no other issues. He did a excellent job.
