Found leak on 1" blue poly water line in front yard by driveway. Repaired damaged section. No further leaks found.

Ran sewer machine down kitchen sink. Sink drain was clogged with a lot of grease. Cleared blockage and ran 5 sink full of hot soapy water.

We found that the copper pipe was leaking inside of the tub/ shower diverter. Removed the diverter and soldered the pin hole.

Installed new shower valve.

Removed old drain and found that gasket was damaged. Replaced gasket and drain on tub. Tested. No leaks.

Could not clear blockage with sewer machine rescheduled to clear with hydrojet.

We used a fitting saver to save a (Y) fitting for and installed a new closet (90) fitting and toilet Flange.

Removed old drain from unit 1205. Found that gasket was damaged and drain was old. Replaced gasket and drain on tub. Tested. No leaks.

Replaced the main shut-off for unit 6110, we removed an old gate valve and installed a new pex ball valve. We had to cut in the closet to gain access.

We installed a new sewer ejection pump and a vent system.
